About me!

Hello my name is Jose Morales and I’ve been watching the NFL( National Football League) since I could remember. Almost all of my friends and family I knew when I was growing up were always talking about the it and I didn’t understand, so that got me into learning and understanding what is was really about. It took me a while to learn that it wasn’t just about grown men in a helmet and pads tackling and hitting each other. I learned that it was about what was happening off the field than on the field. For example, players getting traded and/or players getting cut off the team. In my opinion, learning about what is going on in the NFL was really entertaining and I would like for everyone to try it. it may not be for everyone, but it never hurts to try something new for a little bit. I hope everyone enjoys this blog!

The NFL Draft

The NFL draft is a big event where teams draft college football players who has declared for the draft. NFL team owners’ scout these college players the entire football season. It can make the fans of the teams love them or hate them. During the draft there is also trading happening. The point of trading during the draft is to get a better pick number and/or scared because of another team is gonna take the player the team wants. Owners are very secretive to who they’re gonna pick , so that way other teams don’t draft them. Teams’ can trade their draft picks for other players they want that is on the team they’re trading with. The fans look forward to this big event every year. A lot of upsets can happen during the draft also. For example, a trade happened and the player that got traded was your favorite or the best on the team, but the team can get a better draft pick.
